It can be tough to sit down in an office to talk, so I enjoy experiential styles. Depending on your interests, we can bring in art, play, or nature therapy.

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are most helpful for those that need an accessible and safe mental health support. They can mean less interruption in your day and fit into busier work schedules.

Walk and talk therapy can be much more than just walking and talking (but it can be great). Using Whatcom County’s beautiful parks, we can find peaceful spaces that allow us to slow down and breath.

Walk and Talk

Home-based can be best for children and families. Seeing the space, tools, and relationships allows for whole hearted and whole system processing and growth. It is also another accessible option, for those that would be most comfortable at home, but prefer face-to-face sessions.

Home Based

Hey there, I am Alizée.

I am a mental health clinical counselor helping children, families, and adults reach their goals. Together, we will come up with creative and individualized coping strategies that bring back function to relationships and the things we do as humans.

Counseling works best when there is a good match between you and your counselor. My hope is to provide a safe space where you or your child feel comfortable to process and work towards positive change. The world is throwing a lot at us, we can build skills to manage and navigate the systems we are in.

I have been working with children and families for six years and have helped them work through issues related to ADHD, ASD, trauma, LGBTQIA identity, substance use, depression, anxiety, and more. These can be severe situations where families feel they have tried everything, or dealing with family transitions and needing guidance.

I work with clients that may be in a hopeless or overwhelming point in your life. We can explore your needs and goals to collaborate on a path forward.
